Honda or Yamaha 250R? 06 or 07? Since its winter, ive been thinkin about saving up my money to get a new bike.. i was gunna buy one last year but i didnt have a job.. Which one should i get.. And yes i can handle them..

I am guessing you are talking 2-stroke here. I would for sure go with the 07. They change the bikes every year. Especially if you plan on competing. Other than that the guy before me is right. I think that either bike would be great just depends on what feels better to you. I would read some shootouts on them and see what they say about the bikes. Most all bikes have copied the Honda aluminum frame so I cant say to chose the honda because of the lightweight frame. But you really need to look into the four stroke if you are asking about the 2 stroke. They would be better for trail riding and racing. The only place I prefer a 2 stroke is on a real tight small stadia cross type track. I hope this has helped you. The new KTM SX450F has an electric start!!!!

What is your favorite color... blue or red? They are both great bikes and the average rider isn't going to see a big enough difference to really care. Just sit on them and see which feels better ergonomically. You can't go wrong either way.
