April 1981... it was the 1st ever STREET FIGHT in WWF(back then it was called an "Alley Fight")..It was in MSG between Pat Patterson and Sgt Slaughter. Here is what wikipedia said of the match (Sgt Slaughter's Bio):
Then he would sign with the WWF and originally be pushed as a heel. He was a top contender to Bob Backlund's WWF Championship, and engaged in a classic feud with Pat Patterson, culminating in a famous "Alley Fight" in New York's Madison Square Garden between the two which would go down as one of the most violent and innovative matches of its time

Probably bret hart vs austin, when austin passed out or the 1st hell in a cell, hbk vs undertaker. The bloodiest match i ever saw though was in wcw, the halloween havoc death match between abdullah the butcher and cactus jack, its a classic
