Not all guys care about size. But there is an awful lot of societal, peer, and sometimes even parental pressure on women to be skinny, and guys are influenced by this societal and peer pressure, this artificial norm, too. I'd say forget about the guys who only like skinny girls if you are not skinny. Actually, in my opinion it is not an attractive trait in men to be that narrow in what they're attracted to anyway. Stick with the men who do find you beautiful. And this is a skinny gurl writing this. ;-)

it's not always true that men always pick skinny girls over plus size women. It depends on what kind of guy you're dealing with. Some guys only like skinny, anorexic looking girls; some guys like lean girls, some like thick girls and some like them plum. I've seen many african american, very good looking guys with plum girls. So you never know, it just depends, don't put yourself down if you're plus size. For example, do you watch America's next top model? if you do, then you probably kow who Toccara is. She was a plus size model on the show and i personally think she's gorgeous...now I'm not a guy and nor a lesbian, but I know many guys who would line up to date her...In the end if you're pretty it doesnt really matter, just be confident. Carry yourself like you know you're the shiznet (lol) but dont be cocky, guys like to know a girl is confident with herself and her own body. So like Tupac says, Gurl Keep Your Head Up.

damn ur english sucks!,but since ur not from here, its ok. sometimes, i like skinny, but if big gurl have good personality, and maybe lost some weight, id take it into consideration

cos they like skinny anorexic women than the healthy looking ones. dont be bothered about such people.u dont really have to care about them.have healthy food habits and good exercise always . that makes people feel better about themselves.

a lot of guys don't think plus sized girls are pretty, and most guys care more about her body than her face. wouldn't you go for a inshape guy over a chubby guy?

ive had guys pick plus size girls over me, and im rail thin. so dont feel bad. girls of any size can find a boyfriend.
