Usually there is a little instruction booklet; there you will find a toll free
number for replacing it. it might cost you $10.00 . that what i did when my treadmill was missing a nob that controlled the speed; they sent it to me right away.

you can go to Presto's website and there should be a place to order parts either online or through an 800 number.

you don't need help. Just take it back (with the receipt) and exchange it. They will give you store credit without a receipt.

home harware type place will have this im sure ask at walmart anyway first they might replace for free.
