There are minimizer bras made by the brand Bali that can minimize your cup size by almost 2 inches. Check them out. There are other brands that make the minimizers as well, but I found Bali to be the best so far. They provide good support and do not deform your natural curves. I can relate to you. I had similar problems when I was younger. Now I just like me for me. Besides, 36D is not that big anyway. Just imagine people who have cup F and are in agony. Hope information helps. Cheers.

Esthetically, the main severe element is not any count number if or no longer they're in proportion to something of the physique. An A cup with extensive hips and significant booty sounds like a nineteenth century bustle (or greater crudlely, like the guy is posed for a fart, if it is severe adequate). A narrow female with an A cup seems modern. (that's extremely, very uncommon to work out a professional ballerina with even universal sized boobs.) An HH cup on even an universal narrow physique appears like the female is approximately to fall over, plus it basically seems gross. On a heavier female, the HH does not look gross because of the fact they're in proportion to something of her. A heavier HH female has "breasts", at the same time as a narrow HH female has "jugs". short women with large breasts have a matronly look, in spite of if their proportions are balanced. A tall female with large breasts regularly look Amazonian. All issues seen, a short, an universal or a tall female is greater in all probability to have an proper build with an A cup than with a HH.

I was a 34D at 14 so I understand completely! Try a minimizer bra they can reduce appearance by up to a cup size.
I wish I had small boobs too hun, but trust me the ladies with small boobs wish they had ours!

I am 14 and I wear a 38D. Who cares what people think as long as you are comfortable in your own bra. I think that since you are so athletic you should try a bra with lots of support. Like try lots of sports bras. I love them and my breast don't "jiggle" when I am exercising and in PE class. It will help minimize.

Unless you want a reduction which i dont advise, then just deal with it, i mean the guys will always look at them even when you are older, it happends and unless you have none what-so-ever then you will have to cope wit it. i learned to not let it bug me and let guys no it didnt bug me, i would say you only like my because i have big boobs and if they hesistated to long then well forget them, a real guy will like them but not only like you for them

I have huge boobs also...always did. To get the right size...you can go to the lingerie store and they will fit you properly for the right size bra.
