You go to your supervisor for help. Any manager, etc, shoudl be happy that you come to them because that shows you care to do it correctly.

No that is how **** gets done wrong and 90% of the headaches I deal with at work is correcting retarded mistakes that take way longer to fix then to simply humble yourself and ask for some assistance.

Not at all. Ask around. I would at one time go ahead and try to do it, then mess things up. It's always better to admit you don't know for sure then to blotch things up!
