basicaly screw up on what they said and agreed in writting, but are now revoking on the afore mentioned. P.S. they say they are trying to sort it !!

They screw you around. Go to a reliable compnay and with cheap deals. They don't get cheaper then the compnay below. They are part of the carphonewarehouse group and very reliable.

if you have it in writing then present to trading standard but tell them first what you are about to do they will come over if they have any savvy
