college apartment?

so im going to college at morrison institute of technology and i was just wondering if i can live in a apartment by myself or the dorm or anything by myself

I can't speak for that particular school, but if you are a standard 18-or-so year old freshman, many schools require that you either live in the dorm or at home with your family for the first year. As for living by yourself, most dorms are fairly crowded and don't offer opportunities to live alone, but if yours is not, they may let you get a "single" room for extra money. Of course, none of this applies if you are starting college at age 42!
