Try not to take this personally. This does not mean that your cousin loves you any less than your sister. A wedding party only needs to be so big, everyone cannot be included. There could be any number of reasons for this. Do not let it bother you. Go to the wedding and have a good time and wish the happy couple well.

I guess you'll have to decide if it would cause a problem with your family, and if you really care what they think in the first place. This type of relationship is not uncommon, although it may freak some people out. I know two couples who married into their own families, and we're talking metro Detroit area here, not the kissing cousins of the south that most are imagining. You have to ask yourself if it's worth it, while also knowing you're most likely going to catch hell from your family. In the end, the only thing that should matter is if the both of you want to be together.

If you have a cousin and that cousin has a sister then that lady is also your cousin. Your could still go out...but keep your pants on.
