Startup or restart your computer, holding down the mouse button while it boots. This will do a forced-eject.

On normal disc drives, there's usually a very tiny hole somewhere on the front face. You can't miss it if you look hard enough. Take a paperclip and unfold it, so it's a straight wire, then push the end of it into that little hole. It should make it eject just enough to get the disc out.
I'm being serious. It might not be the same for Macs though, since I'm picturing a disc drive where there's just a slot, no ejecting tray. See if there's one anyway.

attempt last each and every of the open applications. bypass to apple menu> pressure end> and end all classes except for finder. then attempt ejecting the CD. If that doesnt artwork, bypass into iTunes and spot if iTunes nonetheless recognizes it and, if it does, then attempt ejecting it from the iTunes sidebar. sturdy success!!!

If the CD is jammed in the drive, the only way to get it out, is to remove the drive, open the drive and remove it. Or take it to an Apple service center, and have them do it.
