I think a lot of people on here think out loud. Sometimes it is deafening. I have thought to myself a lot. Why just the other day I thought to myself. In the grocery store, I thought to myself. I find that thinking to myself causes way less trouble than thinking out loud does. I haven't been slapped in the face lately, so it must be working well.

Thinking to yourself is better than thinking out loud because then you don't have to worry about people thinking that you are crazy for talking to yourself.
