If that is the case, then the abortion debate will take on a whole new fever since children under 10 will be considered fetuses!

I think that as the lifespan of the average person increases we will create many analogies to help categorize and classify people as young adult, adult, middle-aged and elderly. The perceived change may be due to many factors such as better diet, less smoking, advances in plastic surgery, and even our fascination with Hollywood. It seems many actors and actresses are playing roles that are much younger than they are.

I think 20 year olds can still be classified as young adults with no problem. And 10 year olds are still a pain in the neck much of the time. Some things will probably never change.
