Having a King/Queen Will Create Stability and Unity in Iraq. The Monarch Will Have Control of Iraq and The Government, Similar to the British Monarchy, and of Couse The Monarchy will Be Islamic.
My Question is do you think Iraq Should Restore a Democratic Monarchy?, Bearing In Mind the Problems in Iraq Only Occured After the Reveloution which overthrew the Monarch.

But As We Know Democracy hasnt Really Worked In Iraq, But Perhaps to Restore the Monarch Chould Push iraq into a More Democratic Country. If the People of Iraq want a King they Should have one its not up to the Americans.

Sounds like a very good idea, I didn't know they had a monarchy. The same happened in Spain and the people welcomed the King and Queen, be brilliant if it helped calm the troubles.

In Islam a Monarchy is against the religion. Even though all the arab countries have a monarchy it is against the religion. Power should not be handed down in one generation. The qu'ran puts a serious emphasis on that and yet they still dont listen to it. Just as terrrorist think that suicide is ok against americans, IT IS DEFINEITLY NOT, the arab countries think that they can have monarchies, and some work like the one in UAE but usually they turn into bad one like Saudi. You would defineity not want to install a monarchy in the Iraqi govt.

When Iraq did have a monarch wasn't he...

1. Some prince who had absolutely nothing to do with Iraq and put into power by the British.

2. Assassinated because he had nothing to do with Iraq and put into power by the British.

Saddam was a despot. I do not know how installing another despot with the appelation of 'King' would improve the situation. I think the Iraqi people have had enough misery without foisting some self important moron on them. That is unlikely to improve the situation and is barbaric to say the least.

No, its impossible to rule through monarchy anymore. Technology and land area does not allow a monarchy to rule correctly anymore. The base of Iraqi civilians are not educated enough to except rule under person. Exactly why they went to a dictatorship because Saddam ruled under the monarchy and it turned to a dictatorship.
