Just keep pumping and stimulating the breast. The more often you pump, the more your milk supply will increase.

keep pumping and drinking a lot of water because i know your bussy but keep a big bottle of water close at all times and also stimulate the breasts, let the baby try to latch on and if it helps there are nipple shields that help babies latch on and take a shower with hot water and before pumping get two hot hot towels and place them on top of your breasts for 5-10 min before pumping that will make the milk come out and please remember to drink a lot of water or milk , not soda that will only dry you milk.

Sometimes pumping doesn't work as well for keeping up your milk as actually feeding the baby. Your milk is probably drying up.

There are many herbal galactagogues (things that increase milk supply). Some favorites are oatmeal, fenugreek and blessed thistle.

You can get a pill from your dr. or midwife. You can also go to a health food store and get Mothers Milk Tea. I personally took the tea..it worked great!

Drink more fluids, especially water and pump them till they are completely dry.
