Well my girlfriend of 3yrs is not comfortable when we have sexual relations due to, that she has that hanging "labia minora" also know as "pu**y lips" (sorry).One of her pu**y lips is bigger than the other. To understand more, think of it as the hanging red thing a turkey has near the beak. I tell her I love her the way she is,but she just does'nt understand. So now she wants to get operated and make it as small as the other one. My question is:: Is it possible??? and dangerous?? I need information please help me...Thank You for your time....

I have heard of this operation though, and I've heard it works well and isn't a "big deal" in operating terms. Let her go if she wants. If that's what it takes to give her more confidence.

My guess is that it is possible.
As far as the danger goes, I would imagine that the greatest concern would be nerve damage, which might make sex less enjoyable for her.
Make sure that she chooses a responsible doctor and checks references on him. The surgery should be pretty routine for a plastic surgeon.

Let her get it done.That is probably the only way for her to feel like herself.I think it is wonderful that you are not bothered by it.You seem like a very supportive person.My guess is that you would probably even go with her for the procedure.Definitely try to research the cautions,first..!!Hope everything works out..

Porn stars have this procedure all the time. Surgery is surgery and there are always risks from the anesthetic and risks of infection, but I doubt that this would be a particularly risky procedure.

yes it is possible and not really dangerous because plastic surgery is very common now a days. if it really bothers her let her get it done, just make sure you get a good plastic surgeon. but make sure you stand by whatever decision she makes, and support her 100%.

I would discourage her to do that since it is a very sensitive area and can easily loose feeling if anything goes wrong. That is abit like female circumcision which is totally dicouraged.
If you are ok withit then I dont see why she shouldnot. Continue to re assure her.
