Body acne is very common, so it may very well just be a pimp. Or, it could be a ingrown or infected hair follicle. Either way, keep the area clean and dry as possible. Wash it twice a day with strong (like castile) or antibacterial soap. If you wear tight underwear switch to boxers and/or sleep naked.
If it does not go away after a few days, or gets more painful, go see a doctor.

just break it open and apply cologne it will hurt like hell, but it is perfectly natural, its just a big pimple.. keep yourself clean always, if you sweat down there the take a shower and wash with soap as soon as you can. its just from being unclean.. that is were it came from

it could be a blackhead, or an ingrown hair. do you shave down there? or it could just be from swetting. i get those alot on my backside... and they hurt really really bad. it should be nothing to worry about it. if it goes away and comes back then i would be worried. but since u havent had sex before you should be fine. just dont pop it

Its probably just a pimple. Those buggers show up anywhere you have a hair follicle.

Could be the staph MRSA that's going around. Please have a doctor check it out. You will definitely need antibiotics if it is or it will keep coming back.
