Cairo and Giza are element of better Cairo. surely, they are like 2 cities in a million and are seen a similar. life for instance even as human beings question me the position u from in Egpyt, I continually say from Cairo, even although i'm surely from Giza. also, the Cairo college is in Giza. Giza is on the edge of Cairo, about 20mins from anywhere. You can take a bus there or a taxi. The pyramids are there and if you want to see them and the sphinx, that is where you must go. Enjoy!

gize is not far at all from airo! in fact, i myself consider it IN cairo!

the cairo university itself is in giza! makes u wonder huh? :)

there's this veryyyyy well known street called "gamet el dowal" which kind of seperates cairo from giza.. so they r just seperated by a street!

there even some places which u can never really determine.. r they in cairo?? giza??? not sure! (like some parts mohandessin!)

very very close , some people even cant tell which district belongs to which city Cairo or Giza.
there is no highway between them like for example, between cairo and alexandria.
