Ok.. Ive never considered myself a racist before but lately Ive been asking myself if maybe I am a racist and I just cant bring myself to call myself one. I hate pretty much all black people, not all, just most. Its not because of the color of their skin or w/e but it seems about 98% of them are loud, obnoxious and have no manners. Ill never automatically hate one just because theyre black.. I always give people a chance. I will say that I do give them less of a chance though. I get pissed off with them much more easily than pretty much any other race. Does that make me a racist?

I dont mean to say that the only people that are lound and obnoxious are black people. There are a lot of white people that are worse than just about any black person. There are bad people in every race. I just seem to see a disproportinate amount of black people do it.

you are a product of your environment, I try very hard to not feel that way and yet after 12 yrs of working with A LOT of Black people, they kept proving to me over and over that not only what you said is true but that they want a check for sitting on their butts, not only want but EXPECT a check for sitting on their butts and NOT doing their jobs. I do have some very good black Friends who are very hard workers and God fearing Christians, but they are from Ethiopia, and My daughters best friend is black, so even tho my experience has shown me a bad side I know they, like us are not all the same. We are all prejudiced in some way.

Yes, pretty much. But I do respect my elders and I'm not loud or obnoxious. You just seem to believe sterotypes and the stuff you see in the movies not all black people are like that. I would say 25% of black people are actually like that, if that. However there loud, obnoxious, non mannered people in EVERY race I have came across many.
So you should really change your racist atitude towards black people. And I feel that you have no manners for saying that about black people, because if you did have manners you would have just kept your negative feelings to your self.
Okay well don't judge before you get to know the person.

No that doesn't make you a racist but some other races are loud, obnoxious, and have no matters also. You are just categorizing black people as loud, obnoxious, and have no manners; which makes you discriminatory. To avoid being categorized as a racist I suggest you look and analyze other cultures and races, first. Then make a clear and more broader judgment. Try looking at yourself first and see if you are all these things in public... In common societies the African American has been the less fortunate and being raised in harsh communities may cause ones behavior in matters as such to be affected negatively. As for me, an African American female raised in a single parent household, I was never the less taught manners, behavior,and has become a VERY INTELLIGENT AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMAN with a knowledge of sociology and its psychological effect on each member regardless of race. look it up and maybe you can gain some knowledge, for knowledge is power. thankssssssssss.

Everyone is racist to some degree, even those Bible thumping Christians and Jesse Jackson, Oprah Winfrey, George Bush, you, me, people who reply to this question. Sorry people, but we all have racist qualities or tendencies. Yeah, I hate it when black people (is it OK to call them black?) yell at the movie screen. They call me "honkey" or "cracker," are they racists? Yes.. Illegal aliens flip me off when I don't pick them up for work, are they racist? Yes.
