Technical author, a brilliant job that has taken me all over the world pricing and researching work. The only down side is more authors die at the desk than any other similar jobs. But don't let that put you off, you could get run over by a bus tomorrow.

The wording under my avatar tells you my job. I am a freelance scientist and work from home. The mainstay of my work is with universities, which I enjoy very much. I also do work for large companies and sometimes private individuals. I am kept very busy, but because I enjoy it so much, it never seems like work!
