Transsexual, Transvestite and Transgendered.
Transgendered is a kind of umbrella term for cross-gender behavior and orientation.
Transvestite is people who enjoy wearing the clothes of the opposite sex
Transsexual is people who basically have the wrong wiring for their plumbing, and typically seek sex-reassignment surgery.
