My fiance and I have just gotten an interview with AFLAC and we were wondering what kind of tasks would we do?

Most jobs would say an account rep is a person who take a majority of inbound calls from customers. Solving multiple problems in a call center environment. They may also include doing clerical duties as well

I agree with the first answer posted but depending on if you work in a major office receiving inbound calls from other states or not you might also be a representative to particular clients like some small offices will break up the alphabet so that each person has a small amount of clients to work with or if you do receive inbound calls from other states then they might make you state specific so that you are the most up to date on that states restrictions and allowances.
