My daughter bought one a few years ago. Not all building societies/banks give mortgages on them. I don't know what they would base this on, but just be aware.
If you can, stick to brick/tiles. Good luck.

it depends on where the concrete is, how its built and where the house is. Sometimes we use the thermal mass of the concrete to control the temperature of the environment inside. So it stays cool on hot days, and allows the retention of heat on cold days. Use of the sun, as a passive heating device can control the internal temperature.
Some concrete house can be beautiful. Have a look at the work of Tadao Ando, or Mies van der Rohe or Louis kahn.
Truly inspiring.

By concrete build home do you mean a steel frame buiding with poured concrete?
Most of the brick homes built these days are only kit(wood panels)houses surrounded by brick.

concrete foundations are much more valuable when it is time to re-sale or even sale a house they are very save and sturdy.. i would also suggest brick on the outside of the house over vinyl siding, brick is stronger

Decide what you want!! Are you buying it because it's more affordable??
Or because you actually like its appearance??
You will have a survey anyway, so what it is made of is of little importance, weither you like the thing or not is more important, you will be living there a long time!
It is not likely to be concrete anyway, unless it's a bunker lolz
