It seems to me Sascha Cohen singled out white Southerners and made them look like fools. Anybody else agree?

Hey there "carolyn". Not get defensive? Your "question" was completely hostile and more to the point had nothing to do with the question I had posted. Would you like to answer it now??

The message is that people from the second world (former soviet block) are really stupid and it's OK to mock them. Yes, a few stupid, obnoxious americans are fooled into saying stupid obnoxious things in the movie, but only enough to put the audience more at ease with the movie's true point, which is how stupid those foreign people are.

The overall message is that people believe what they hear, read, learn, or "know" and if the world news said Kasziekastan was the land of the lucky, then most people would get on planes because of the power of written word.

I haven't seen the movie. Borat was on Jay Leno and was funny in the most odd way. He did make me laugh but I don't plan to watch his movie from all that the critics say about it. I give it thumbs down even though I haven't seen it. I don't know if he gets it.
