at 14 you can work in a office, grocery store, retail store, restaurant, movie theater, baseball park, amusement park, or gasoline service station.
Yes, you will have to pay taxes and you or your parent will have to file federal and state income taxes...
The federal minimum wage is $5.15 per hour. not less than $4.25 per hour for employees under 20 years of age during their first 90 consecutive calendar days of employment with an employer. state law requires a higher minimum wage, which many do, that higher standard applies.
you may work After 7 a.m. and until 7 p.m. Except from June 1 through Labor Day, when you can work until 9 p.m.
You can work no more than:
3 hours on a school day,
18 hours in a school week,
8 hours on a non-school day, and
40 hours in non-school week.

I had a job as a busboy starting at age 13 and have not stopped working since. I am really sorry I did that too because I lost out on allot of my teen years.
generaly you can work around 30 hours after school and if they pay you on the books yes you will pay taxes and also have to file for income tax.

If ur looking for some jobs look at the news paper and give some calls out to places to see if they'ld hire ya. I did, it kinda sucked but hey, when u need things and the parents don't always wanna pay, it's good to have a job cuz money looks good in the pockets.

I believe you have to wait until you are 15 but you could check with your local walmart or meijers to see how young they hire baggers. But I know fast food restraunts don't hire til at least 15.
