I live in Michigan in the Lower Peninsula. Is there any real jobs at the age of 14? I mean jobs not like babysitting or mowing lawns or something. If you get a job what are the working hours (child labor laws) and do you have to pay taxes?

i started working when i was 15 but the legal age was 14 and 9 months. I got a job working in KFC and was able to work whatever hours i wanted. I usually finished at like 10.30 on a weeknight and 11.30 on a weekend. There were no rules about the times you had to work just about how much you could do in a week. I was working nearly 30 hours a week when i was 16 while doing school as well.

Go to your school's guidance office. You will need a worker's permit. Michigan law may be different from my state, but here 14 - 15 year olds cannot work past 8 pm, must have at least 8 hours per day of non work/non school time, and cannot work more than 20 hours per week.

Of course you have to pay taxes. Try delivering papers or something. You can only work 7 hours in a non school day and a max of 10 hors of school and work combined in one day at any job. I think you can only work untill 10 at night also.

do you have to work? If so then baby sitting and stuff would be the way to go. No you don't have to pay taxes unless you make over (I think) $5,000.
You are too young to pay taxes anyway. You can work on the weekends for a few hours.
Most 13-16 yr old volunteer to build a resume for college. Think about it.

Since your question is under beauty and style, I'll assume you'd like to dress hair for a living. Hours vary by employer, but generally 8-5.. and everyone who works pays taxes.
