Exactly where he has been for the last two years, in Pakistan. Protected by the government and shielded by the tribes. Except for his banking, he is full control of his organization. He has re-aligned his ambitions to all out war against the west. He has spies and fifth columns either in or about to be organized in every major country of the west. Thanks to lacks immigration policies.

He is Pakistani in a populated area. He does not use cell phones, computers and has probably about 3 men working as the links to the outside world. His main men are trained by a former member of the army special forces. He knows many of our tricks and leaves no trace of his exact location.
Unfortunately much of Pakistan is sympathetic to Islamic extremists. If the USA dont want to start world war 3 with Pakistani we have to wait till we get cold hard evidence to go in and get him.
Personally i know the highest in intelligence thinks he actually dead. But for a long time had been in Pakistani.

I think they know where he is with the militarys of 5 nations looking for him? If they find him it ends the reason for being there and they don't want to leave until they have a government that will allow them the oil.

Honestly, and I have said this for years now...
He's working at a 7-11 in America...probably somewhere like Chicago. Would any of us even notice? We are so wrapped up in our own selfish business, we wouldn't even notice, I promise you. And where else would he be safer? We are so self absorbed here.

It is very likely he is actually dead... But if not, our government either is unwilling or unable to tell us where he is.
