i'm a student in london and me a and my girlfriend would like to go and get married in budapest is the marriage legal to aply for an indefinite stay in uk?

Frankly, I don't know, but since Hungary is in the EU too, I think it is.

This might depend on your and your partner's nationality so it's a bit hard to answer. Both countries are EU, but it's hard to say how that translates depending on your nationality (e.g. if you're not a citizen of either then that probably doesn't really matter).
