Since you have 2 Cr atoms on the left, start by putting a 2 in front of the Cr(OH)3 on the right. That gives you 6 OH on the right, so put a 6 in front of the KOH on the left. That gives you 6 Ks on the left, so put a 3 in front of the K2SO4 on the right, and it should be balanced.
