Ingredients: 2 Ice cube tray, 2 hydrogen's and an oxygen.

Directions: Mix the hydrogen's and the oxygen but make sure it is the right amounts of both or you could have an explosion! Then when that is done and you have water put that in the ice cube trays. Gently place the liquid H2O into the freezer, (don't spill any at this point it is unstable) and freeze until solid.

When done it should be very cold and hard like a rock that is ice :) Enjoy!!!

Recipe for Ice.

Take some hydrogen feed this through a nozzel and apply a naked flame. (if not fed through a nozzel the resulting explosion makes it hard to collect the end product).
Collect the fumes of the flame until you have required amount of water.
Place the water in a suitable container and cook at any temperature below 0 °C, 32 °F (273.15 K) until it is solid to touch

You now have Ice

Should you not be able to cook at these temperature the alternative New recipe may help

Hot ice

Hot ice is the name given to another surprising phenomenon in which water at room temperature can be turned into ice that remains at room temperature by supplying an electric field of the order of (10 to the power of 6) volts per meter

See link for full recipe only only to be used by advanced chefs

Enjoy

Boy, are you ever bored!! At least you've still got your sense of humour! (And btw, your request was actually a good one. You always use clean ice cube trays and COLD water to avoid cloudy ice cubes. The old tale of using hot boiling water is erroneous and is based on the science that heated molecules move faster. they do. the molecules in the hot water will cool off crazily fast - but soon as the water reaches the 32 degree freezing point - equal to the cold water used by sane people- the freezing rate becomes exactly the same. Water is water is water. Once the cold temp. is reached, all water freezes at the same rate. The boiling water in your ice cube tray will do one thing tho. - it will cause cndenastion in your freezer, could partially thaw veggies or other things right beside it, could confuse your thermostat if placed close....just crazy talk!

Here's the recipe!

Solid formed by water when it freezes. It is colourless and its crystals are hexagonal. The water molecules are held together by hydrogen bonds.

The freezing point of ice, used as a standard for measuring temperature is 32° F. Ice expands in the act of freezing (hence burst pipes), becoming less dense than water.
