On March 24, 2005 when I was playing with my friend Zach, I began to feel a dull pain in my abdomen area and needed to sit out for a bit. I thought that it was just constipation, but after a trip to the washroom, things got worse. I had a depressing school issue the day before, so I began telling Zach about the pain. I went to the washroom again, and then me and Zach went to a bike trail just down the road and it was there that I stopped in my tracks. I grabbed my stomach and screamed, "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWW GGGGGGGGGGGOOOOOOOOOOODDDDDDDDDDDD!!" And I stumbled over to the bench, wretching with pain, but I missed the seat. Blood began pouring out of my mouth and nose as an ambulance took me away. My mom has never told me about the cause of what happened. I didn't think it was a heart attack, being I was only 16.

In my opinion:
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA... GGGGGGGGGGGOOOOOOOOOOODDDDDDDD...
It grabs my attention like a punch in the face. I'd say its suspense maybe horror and you swallowed an alien in your egg salad sandwich.
P.S. describe the scream and what the character is felling – not the sound.

the genre is stay away from drugs, what is happening was that you injected too much crack in your blood stream and you went all out afterward
