The Beach Boys. It's like comparing filet mignon to rump roast. I've never seen ABBA make an album as good as Pet Sounds.

Out of the two, that would have to be ABBA. Barbara Ann drives me nuts when the Boys are all out of sync (at the point of Betty Lou/Betty Sue).
Endurance and sounds expertise would be ABBA because their range on their songs are great. Try singing along with Dancing Queen and then California Girls. You could pull off California Girls better...only Abba can pull off Dancing Queen.

I love ABBA, but on the whole, the Beach Boys are better - they last, their songs still sound good...no one hears their music and goes, 'I don't believe I used to like that'...
