Be careful when you try to do this. I am not advocating you try this at home by any means. The way I would learn how to do the worm is by doing pushups and situps frequently. Then lay on your stomach and practice rocking your body back and forth using your stomach muscles. You need to be able to bring yourself up off the ground using your stomach primarily. Then, I would start standing up, fall to the ground catching yourself with your hands like you are doing a pushup. Lower yourself to the ground. Lift the bottom part of your body up using your stomach muscles, manipulate your body like it is a worm and then bring the front part of your body up using primarily your stomach muscles. Use your arms to stabilize yourself and prepare to complete the motion again from the beginning using gravity to help.

Never heard of a dance called the worm but my guess is you do a lot of wiggling.

first you have to have alot of strength to do this but here it goes..... first get on your knees, then like sort of roll down on the ground and then with your arms push yourself up and kick your legs and then do it again but without getting on your knees. hope that helped!! good luck trying!!
