I am super-anime-geek, and I'm sooo addicted to Hellsing. I heard a while back that they're working on another season in Japan, but does anyone know when it will come out in the U.S.?

Yes, completely blows the TV version away. You can find it around online if you can cause it has been fansubbed. But I think the official DVD of the first episode is already out.

I think the OVA is not much different from the series. But I heard that there is plan for a series on the young Alucard and Hellsing against the Nazi in WWII.

It's not a new season... it's a new series altogether!
What you've heard about is the new "Hellsing Ultimate" OVA series, and it will completly ignore the TV series and follow the Hellsing manga.

in case you advise the anime, there are 2 sequence one is the 1st sequence this is partly per fillers the different is on the unique tale and super fantastic yet tragically decrease off at episode 5
