Is the United States, religious extremists refuse to allow public money to be spend on sex ed, why can't they get away with that kind of repression in other developed countries?

Lol, who knows? I come from the UK and sex ed is compulsary here but still we seem to have the highest teen pregnancy's in the whole of Western Europe. Sex ed's important though, because it teaches about protection against pregnancy and STD's....I find it quite important that high school kids must know it.

Simple, we are the most repressed and prudish society in the world. Thank the Republican administrations of the past century for that. Other societies aren't bothered by such natural things as human function.

Most Americans need to get over themselves.

Sorry but that isn't true. We have sex education in the schools in the good old USA. They teach alternatives to abortion like adoption. Using birth control and even how long a condom is safe to use after it has been in your pocket. [2 weeks.]
Planned parenthood will even give abortions to girls with out parents consent or knowledge. Also, birth control pills and other forms of birth control. Without parents consent.
So I don't know who told you but actually sex education is a good thing. To many girls had some funny ideas about sex.

I think its all dumb. Both should be taught. Why does the US have the highest rate of unwanted pregnancies...ABSTINENCE at work.
