I don't know, but if there is a pregnant teenager who is uninterested in being a mother I highly recomend adoption. It's a very loving, unselfish, and responsible way to correct what might be called a "mistake". Adoption allows the birth parent to keep their old lifestyle after the baby is born (or change it if they want to), it allows couples who are childless the opportunity to love and raise a baby, and it gives the baby a loving, stable, environment to grow up in. The baby can be turned over to an adoption agency to allow the agency to choose adoptive parents or the birthmother can select the parents she wants for the child.

Abortion all depends on how far along in pregnancy you are. The most common abortion type is the D&C (Dialation & Curratage). This is where they give you pain medication and they insert a tube like a vacuum and suck the baby out. It really all depends on how far along she is. If she's 20 weeks or more, they will have to cut the baby into pieces before they proceed with the actual abortion. The decision is totally up to the teenager or parent and the length of the pregnancy.

A teenager can have the same kind of abortion as any woman. If that is the choice being made though it needs to happen soon as they can only be done within a certain amount of weeks.

Whatever, the process should be done ASAP if it's a decision that's been made, do not wait and have a partial birth abortion, that is cruel and disgusting and I call that murder.
