Bulger is the best bet. The Cardinals hardly play defense and the Rams still have some good threats down the field. Take Bulger.

Definitely Bulger. Favre is too unpredictable. Favre has thrown a lot of picks while Bulger hasn't thrown too many. Garrard hasn't has much action at all so I wouldn't trust him yet until he's proven himself.
