It depends, the man and woman are both responsible for letting each other know what pleases them in bed and me, personally, I like to show and tell my husband what to do to me and vice versa. But if the man still doesn't know after all that, a woman can only do so much. The rest is on him and he needs to do something.

Why would a woman be at fault if the man is bad in bed? However, I have heard from some of my male friends that they have been with women who were bad in bed. I think that it's up to BOTH parties to make sure that the other is satisfied.

It depends.
It could be the woman also is bad in bed. This sort of thing feeds on itself, going in a downward spiral.
If she doesn't clearly indicate what makes for a great experience, then yeah, she owns part of the blame.
The question is really too vague to give a good answer, but I'll take my 2 points.

Depends on the couple. Everytime I tried to tell my x that I was unhappy he'd get defensive and not listen or become beligerent.
All I wanted to do was give him some alternatives to pleasure me since he had said that he felt bad because he couldn't last more than a minute or two. Obvisiously, he really didn't feel bad, it was just his way of pacifying me, for a little while at least.
I once suggested that we get into something kinky because it turned me on...he played for about 5 minutes, came and then called me a weirdo as he climbed off me. That was the last time he ever got any of my stuff.

Both partners are at fault if bed time is no fun.

Women don't want to help a guy, the modern day women thinks it is all about her. If she took some time to help his problem, things work out alot better.

That depends
If she is telling you what she likes and gives the man directions then it is the man's fault.
If she just lies there and doesn't say a word, until she complains to her friends, then she has no one to blame but herself.
Speak up lady's, I'm sure most of us would be willing to do whatever you want us to to make it good for you.

either partner can be a lousy lover... good sex depends on good effort and communication..... the only one to "blame" is the selfish lover who will not try to satisfy their partner's needs.
