I work in a law office. Most of the lawyers are very professional, except that one guy.. you know who he is. He curses, he uses foul vile dirty language around women, men, young, old. He's a jerk basically. Would you pay that kind of a person to be your lawyer?

If he doesn't project that kind of image in court or while working on my case and actually gets results, I wouldn't care - I'm hiring him to do a job, not to be my friend.

Other than that, remember - everything negative you do comes back to you 3-fold - so he'll get his.

I have that same person in my life as family. I have a sister that is soo rude and ghetto with her foul language. I really dont know how someone would hire her period. I would not hire someone like that to be my lawyer but i am sure my sister would since it is the same kind and type of personality.

As a matter a fact, I would..... But for different reasons, I believe that the need of being uptight goes away.. Yes, there a way of saying things at the right time and all.. Personally I feel more open to people that can be open.. Maybe he just need to come up with another way of expressing his self. Prehaps having kids and hearing them, or if that dont work. Simply you need to tell him that he needs to hear his self, so he understand..
