How can i have relationship with girl ?

i cant have relationship with girls . i am 20 years old and i dont know how can i give offer for friendship to a girl . ? i afraid cause i think she is not like me . i have not confident for speak with them ( passionnate relationship) so what can i do for this problem ? help me . thanks
