Is a wife legally responsible for her husbands child support arrearage?

No. Her assets cannot count as income when determining Child support payments. However, even if the husband doesn;t work, he is still obligated to pay at least the minumun amount of child support. Normally, around $ 200 dollars per child, independently of his financial situation, he still has to pay for it or else.

Mira, creo que una mujer no se debe de hacer 100% responsable de la familia, porque ella los atiende y todo pero ... nada mas, es todo mi hermano, realmente ellas no deben ser las chachas del lugar.
