How to Control Vaginal Discharge
Vaginal discharge is normal, but the amount may be altered by infection, hormonal changes, illness and stress. Some women naturally have heavier discharge, which may fluctuate around the menstrual cycle.
Instructions
STEP 1: Use pantyliners. They won't stop the discharge but will keep you feeling fresh. STEP 2: Wear cotton underwear. It helps absorb moisture and allows the air to circulate. STEP 3: Use plain white, unscented toilet paper. Perfumes and dyes could be irritating and cause more discharge. STEP 4: Douche with plain warm water when discharge is extremely heavy. Avoid douching regularly with commercial products as they can frequently upset the normal vaginal flora. STEP 5: Avoid using vaginal deodorant sprays. They can cause irritation. STEP 6: Switch your oral contraceptives if the problem began when you started taking them. They could be the culprit. STEP 7: Keep track of when the discharge is heaviest and when it is lightest. See what seems to change or otherwise affect it. STEP 8: Have a thorough check-up if this is a new phenomenon. Discharge can be a sign of an infection, a hormone imbalance or a systemic illness. Tips & Warnings
If you are sexually active, a change in discharge can indicate a sexually-transmitted disease or even pregnancy. You should be checked by a doctor.
If you have any questions or concerns, contact a physician or other healthcare professional before engaging in any activity related to health and diet. This information is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.

It could be just normal discharge. Mine started then and when I finally got up the nerve to say something to my mother she told me that it is normal and she had the same thing. Only times to worry is if it has a nasty odor or is dark in color. That could mean you have Bacterial Vaginosis or possibly a yeast infection. Both are caused byt the PH in your "area" being out of balance. But if it is for the most part odorless or even quite possibly semi sweet smelling you are normal. It honestly is just your body clensing it self.

If you are very concerend talk to your mother and or go see a Dr.

If it has a foul order, or is accompanied with cramping, or fever you should see your doctor right away.

If it is clear and does not smell, it is normal. Some girls get heavier clear discharge 1-2 weeks before their cycles.

If it is clear mucus this is normal. The vagina is a mucus membrane and it is for lubrication. This happens more if we get sexually excited to help facilitate the act of intercourse.
Don't worry it is a good thing.

It sounds like normal discharge to me...sometimes there is more, and sometimes there is less. As long as there is no itching, odor, or discoloration (yellow, green) you are probably normal.
