Does a deffered felony count as a full felony or does it drop off after the fullfilling the requirements?

Someone asked me this earlier today and I had no clue. I would presume that if someone fullfills all the required parts of the deferred felony, such as community service, that it would drop off someone's record? Am I right?

A deferred entry of judgement will not show on your record so long as all the requirements are met.
