Well if he hasn't asked you yet I don't think so, but you could hint the fact that you want to get married and see what happens.

More than likely not. How old is the child? He may ask if the child is still an infant. From what I have seen, that usually doesn't happen.

If it hasn't happened yet it probably never will. Sorry. I know personally of some men that have children with women but will NEVER fully commit to them. Who knows though? I don't know him or you so I can't say for sure but from experience it doesn't look good.

Probably not. Time for an ultimatum. It looks like you put the cart before the horse. You may have to tote that cart alone! Be ready just in case you do.

He might. Maybe he's just afraid of what your answer will be, or maybe he doesn't want to settle down. Since there's so many factors that go into it, it's hard to say if he will ask or not.

Probably not but keep trying you never know. If you really want him to propose to you, find another man and start dating him. That will cause him to get jealous and want to take you from the new guy.

ARE YOU KIDDING? AS MY DEAR DEPARTED MOTHER USED TO SAY: "why BUY a cow when you get the milk free"? Don't hold your breath, honey. I hope he is at least supporting his child. Sad.

NO, I don't think he'll ask. Why did you wait so long sometimes if you want something you just have to go ahead and ask.
