I hope you meant to type "what is the width of the rectangle." If there really is a triangle in this problem I'll need more info.
Assuming it was the rectangle you meant to ask about, the first thing to do with a word problem is write equations for the data. We'll call the width W, the length L and the perimeter P. We're told that one side is 15 cm longer than the other. We aren't told which is which, so I'll say it's longer than it is wide. Therefore L = W + 15. We're also told that the perimeter is 94 cm. The perimeter is the sum of the lengths of all four sides, so it's 2L + 2W.
So our equations are:
L = W + 15
2L + 2W = 94.
Now, substitute the first equation into the second: 2(W + 15) + 2W = 94.
Distribute the 2: 2W + 30 + 2W = 94.
Subtract 30 from each side: 2W + 2W = 64.
Combine the Ws: 4W = 64
Divide by 4: W = 16.
Now go back to the first equation: L = W + 15. So L = 16 + 15 = 31.
The rectangle is 16x31 cm. I don't know which is the length and which is the width, I just arbitrarily picked, so the answer could be either 16 or 31. Hopefully you have additional information that will allow you to decide which it is.

Here's how you get to the answer. Try to understand how to get there, in stead of copying the answer.
It is a rectangle, so two sides are the same, and the two other sides are also the same. I label them A B C and D.
A equals C, B equals D.
The total perimeter is A+B+C+D equals 94 cm.
A=C and B=D, thus 2*A + 2*B = 94cm
You also know that A is 15 cm longer than B (or the other way around, this doesn't matter, try it !!!).
So: A = B + 15 cm
2* (B+15 cm) + 2*B = 94cm
You can get rid of the parentheses:
2*B + 2*15cm + 2*B = 4*B + 30cm = 94 cm
get rid of 30cm: 4*B = (94cm-30cm) = 64 cm
divide both sides by 4: B = 16 cm
Remember: A = B+15 cm, thus A = 16cm + 15cm = 31 cm
You now have:
A=31 cm
B=16 cm
C=31 cm
D=16 cm
Together: A+B+C+D = 94 cm indeed.
You ask about a triangle but I assume you meant to ask about the rectangle. One side is 16 cm, the other side is 31 cm. Without further text, I cannot tell which is the height and which is the width.

Start out by thinking that a rectangle has four sides. the lengths are equal on both sides and the widths are equal on both sides. The perimeter is the sum of the four sides.
So if one side is 15 cm longer:
2(15 +x) + 2(x) = 94
30 +2x+ 2x = 94
4x= 94-30
4x= 64
x=16
so two sides are 16 and the other two are 16+15= 31.

A rectangle has four sides there two sides are longer than the other two sides.
Therefore simply forget about the 2 x 15cm extra and you would have a square. The perimiter of the rectangle is 94cm less the 30cm that we will forget about for now making the resulting square 64cm perimiter. 64/4 = 16 so each side of the square would be 16cm add the two 15cm back onto two sides giving you dimensions for the rectangle of 2 x 16 cm sides and 2 x 31cm sides.
Add them up to make sure 16+31+16+31=94
Easy as that, hope it makes sense.

Calm down, not a problem...
Draw a picture of a rectangle.
You don't know how long one side is, so you can call that side "X".
You do know that the other side is 15cm longer than "X", so you can call that side "X+15"
You also know that all four sides equal 94cm.
Rectangles have four sides, two are one length, and two are another length. That means that the two short sides are both "X" and the two long sides are "X+15".
You can fit all of this in to an equation:
2(X) + 2(X+15) = 94
Now you solve for "X".
Perform the multiplication:
2X + 2X + 30 = 94
Combine like terms
4X + 30 = 94
Simplify by subtracting 30cm
4X = 64
Then divide to get X by itself.
X = 16
That means that two sides are 16cm, and two sides are 31cm (or 16cm + 15cm).
Check:
16 + 16 + 31 + 31 = 94cm

Are you asking about triangles or rectangles? If it is a rectangle you will have two pairs of sides that are the same length.
2a+2b=94
94/4=23.5
7.5 is half of 15 so,
23.5-7.5=16 (side a)
23.5+7.5=31 (side b)
So you have a rectangle that is 16cm by 31cm. Width=16
