No, they are still looking after him. Grant it, this person needs to be locked up because he wanted to be known as the person who killed a little girl. What? Is this for real? Seriously, if a man walked into a police station or called the police or whatever and said that he was the one who killed a little girl, then it turns out that he did not do it, dosen't this means that he would have liked to rape and kill some child in the near future? Really, they should have sent him away just for that. Anyone who gets pleasure from talking about little girls like that and then wanting to take blame for killing one is a man who needs to be put away for a long time.
