You are stuck between the proverbial rock and the hard place. I have been in this type of uncomfortable situation more than I care to remember. Usually, someone like your manager will eventually get caught being dishonest. In other words, the situation will remedy itself. In the meantime, cover your @** as much as possible, and look for employment elsewhere, or you will be the first to go in the case of a lay-off or a downsizing. It is sad to say, but sometimes you can't win. Look out for yourself, keep your eyes and ears open, find work elsewhere, prepare to leave.

Start looking for another job. Once you find it quit. Don't give those &*%^$^#$%# any 2 weeks notice.

That'll show them %&^%^$%#(*()!!!!
