between splitting Iraq into three and dividing it between Turkey, Iran, and Saudi or just giving it all to Isreal. Which would be better

Interesting question... both are awful choices. I'm not sure what the point of the question is (nobody would seriously propose either), but I'll play along.
Either outcome would lead to mass regional destabilization, though the Israeli option would probably be better since they would turn it back over within five years. The splitting option would push Turkey and Saudi Arabia into civil wars, and an Iranian chokehold on that much oil would be bad for the world economy.
The best completely unrealistic option, though, is to turn over Iraq to the Finns. If they won't take it, I'm sure the Russians or the Chinese will.

When it is fourth and ten, the best thing to do is drop back and punt. I think we are going to need some help from many other country's to restore order to Iraq, something John Kerry said in the last presidential election and the repukes made fun of it.

Definitely not giving it to Israel because they did that w/ Pakistan and look at their conflicts now. Giving it to Iran or Saudi might not be a good idea because they do have terrorist there who would only create more trouble.
