The best thing you can get would be clothing.Buy the next size,as everybody will buy newborn.
Socks,vests and baby-gros are always needed.
Another thing is bath stuff.
I bought my sister a plastic box with a lid [this can be used as a toy box later on] and filled it with essentials like baby bath,shampoo,lotion,talcum powder,baby wipes,even nappies.
I put in the little things that often get forgotten like scissors,dummies,brush and comb set,flannels.
There's so much more,the list is endless.

well, yes, there were lots of Louis kings, so we can say Louise is a royal name, why not? If this name fits your Louise, she must be a cute lovely teenager, she must love good-smelling parfumes(bitter frangrance), fashionable accessoires(bracelets, earrings, belts etc), make-up and stuff like this.
