We are ttc and posted a message last we. Come to find out while checking the calender we had intercourse on the night i started to ovulate. Is that a really good chance of conceving.

We had intercourse 2 days before my best day to concieve, on the best day, the day i started my period and a day before my period ended and two days after period ended. Is that a good chance we are really ttc.

There is a chance of being pregnant, but for the most fertile people having sex at just the right time of the month you still only have a 26% probability of becoming pregnant. A lot of people get luck. Good Luck. Try the website below to see the probability of being pregnant.

I reccomend you start charting your cycles. If you dont know what that is, search it on yahoo. You will find a few really good sites. That said,
It is best to have intercourse12-24 hours before you ovulate so the sperm have time to get where they need to be. So if you ovulated at night, the same night you had intercourse, it is unlikely you will catch the egg. Not impossible, but unlikely. Mabey try using opk's and start having intercourse when they turn positive (2-3 days before ovulation). But like I said, I would definately start charting your cycles.

you could be but the best chance to get pregnant is by having sex before you ovulate. that way the sperm is already in the fallopian tube waiting for the egg. But u still have a chance because those calendars are just a guess. Good Luck!!!

you have four to five days out of your cycle (each month) when youre fertile. theres the 3days before you ovulate and the day of ovulation and the day after. if you have sex any of those days yes you can get pregnant some women are fertile for longer then others it all depends on your cycle and its length. So yes you might be pregnant good luck and best of wishes!!!! :)

yes it is... I remember those classes back in the 5th grade where they taught us that sperm can live inside of you for up to 5 days. When you ovulate either the sperm can swim up your tube to implant the egg or it may just hang around for a few days waiting for the egg to come to it!

You shoudl plan to have sex a few days prior to ovulation as well as the day and few days after you think you ovulated. Sometimes you don't ovulate on the day that the calendar says you should.
