No, its not between parents or what not.
I'm moving a province away from my parents (WITH THEIR PERMISSION) and im 16. However, the province I am moving to requires that either a paper lives there, or a legal guardian.
My parents and my friends parents (Who im moving in with).. Have both agreed that my parents will give Temporary custody to my friends parents while I am staying there..
However, we are not sure how you go about this?
Would I call city hall to get the papers? Is their a court hearing?
Like.. How do I go about this?

All temporary custody hearings are held in court, generally family court. It would be simplest to retain a lawyer to get the custody papers for you.
